Switch is a structured out-of-school time program for Oklahoma teens 14–18. Every session is free, includes a hot meal and snacks, and is built around hands-on activities, field trips, and workforce-readiness workshops led by professionals in the field.

Meals + Real Workplaces
Every session starts with a hot meal and snacks, then moves into field trips and immersions inside hospitals, trades shops, tech offices, and creative studios.

Workforce-readiness workshops and direct conversations with professionals who answer the questions teens actually ask.
