The Switch Program is a free afterschool program for students ages 14–18, meeting weekly from 5:00–7:00 PM. Every session includes a hot meal, snacks, hands-on activities, field trips, and workforce workshops led by real industry professionals — building Oklahoma's next generation of talent, one evening at a time.

What every student receives — at no cost.
Switch is a structured afterschool program. Every weekly session from 5:00–7:00 PM is fully funded for students and families — covering food, transportation, materials, and access to working professionals.

The Problem
Students are graduating without career exposure.
Across Oklahoma, teens are asked to choose a future they've never seen. Worksheets and assemblies can't replace the moment a student walks into a hospital, a trades shop, or a tech floor and thinks, "I could do this."
