Where We're Going

The next 1,000 students.

By 2027, Switch will serve 1,000 Oklahoma teens annually through expanded afterschool cohorts, deeper industry partnerships, and a permanent home for our out-of-school time career exposure curriculum.

  • Expand weekly 5–7 PM programming to 25+ Oklahoma communities
  • Guarantee a hot meal and snacks at every single session
  • Launch sector-specific tracks (healthcare, trades, tech) with field trips
  • Build a year-round mentor network and workforce-readiness workshop series
  • Publish annual impact reports for funders & partners
